My stay was just what I needed for an overnight business trip. The room was quiet, clean, and had good facilities, but there were some issues with the booking process. The location was convenient and close to local amenities, but there were noise disturbances late at night. The dining experience was satisfactory but overpriced for the buffet. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.

The hotel room was a mix of pros and cons. The bed was a good size and comfortable, but there were some cleanliness issues like used sanitary towels in the bin and dirt in the shower. The shower head was also unscrewed, causing some inconvenience. However, the room was typical of the chain in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

I found this hotel to be quite disappointing. Despite requesting a regular double room and being over 6 feet tall, the room provided was not up to standard. When I asked to change, I was given a disabled room and told that's what I had booked, which was not accurate. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Premier Inn with easy access from reception.
